The personalized 401(k) assessment provides a comprehensive review of your 401(k) and then for only $79/year our cloud-based tool will manage your employee’s 401(k) or 403(b) and answer the below questions.

  • What re-allocations do we recommend?
  • What is the best withdrawal strategy to minimize tax effect?

Step 3 - STRATEGY...to help your employees keep more

After the complimentary assessment with one of our affiliated advisors, employees can choose to continue the process. Additional analyses (including income/Social Security optimization, portfolio and tax analysis) are completed. Based on this information, an affiliated planner will build a customized plan. The number one goal of the 3rd step in our approach is to give employees the best possible “sustainable” retirement outcome.  In this process, our affiliated advisors are a bit like mad scientists, experimenting with the data and math to come up with just the right “keep more” formula. The strategy has such a powerful impact that it can extend the life of a portfolio by 10 or more years.
